Melvyn Zeff has
been a professional toastmaster for 23 years. His first function was in
1983 and since then Melvyn has officiated at more than 2000 functions.
As well as working all over the UK, he has been overseas many times in his capacity as toastmaster. He was elected as Member of the Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies in 1985, he bacame the organisation's Chairman in 1992 and was elected to the Office of President in 1993. In January 1998 an even higher honour was bestowed on Melvyn when he was made a Freeman of the City of London. |
